“Mini Pitbull” Basic Lawn Service
If you were to think of this service as a dog: This dog does not have a job, and just needs to keep up the basics with a clean enough lawn to sunbathe between naps. See Bucket in about section

If you were to think of this service as a dog: This dog’s got a job and clocks in for the full 30 hours—no more, no less. It gets the job done, hits all the marks, and does it with a wag. See Molly in the about section
What this mean the service includes : Mowing, detailed trimming along fences, house, around garden areas and trimming branches for accessibility and clearing debris from surrounding areas.
If needed - 15 minutes of poop pick up.
Includes up to 2 hours per visit

More directly this service includes : mowing, detailed trimming and edging. Leaf blowing and bush trimming for appeal. General tidying like straightening out paths, some weeding, seeding/mulching as needed. Seasonal clean up as needed, leaf blowing of garden beds, raking debris, etc.
Includes up to 4 hours per visit
Standard Rate - $240
Suggested Community Supporter Rate - $300
Yard Materials Delivery and Spreading
Sand, Compost, Mulch, Rock, Gravel etc. For landscaping projects, raised garden beds, paths and more!
Currently limited to pick up truck loads

Recurring Service

Notice for clean yard waste disposal
A fee will be applied to any estimate towards yard waste disposal. If we’re able to leave the waste for you to dispose of (bin, compost etc), the fee will be removed in final invoice.

What Can I Get Pressure Washed?
Just about anything – concrete pads, driveways, walkways and door frames, garage doors, decks, patios, outdoor furniture, fences, roofs, house siding, windows, garbage bins, gutters and more.
Standard Rate - $240 (half day) - $480 (full day)
Suggested Community Supporter Rate - $300 (half day) - $600 (full day)
Please know:
Client is to supply water
Fence cleaning washes away dirt and mildew. Older paint may peel and rotted wood may erode during washing — we’ll assess ahead of time.
Roof cleaning cleans off moss, mildew, and buildup - currently working with asphalt shingles only
House projects are usually limited to one-story homes for safety and equipment purposes. But we’ll still take a look.

Clear leaves, dirt, and debris from gutters and downspout.

Gutter Guard Installation
Install mesh gutter guards (Vinyl or metal). Must inspect gutter conditions beforehand. Guards provided by client or can be added at material cost. Includes light clean out of gutters.
